If you have already done this and have received a nine digit support key via email or from one of our engineers please click on the link below to "launch" the Virtual HelpDesk. Once completed, you will have a couple of messages pop up on your screen asking you to approve the installation of the GoToAssist software, please accept this action.
If you are having difficulty, please call 317.997.9464 and a ZingTech Engineer will help you configure your system so we can connect and diagnose your computer.
